: UWA ASA Centenary Award

This year is the Centenary of the University of Western Australia. In 2013 the UWA Academic Staff Association (UWAASA) also marks its Centenary. The first UWA staff association – the Professorial Board – was established in 1913 prior to the commencement of teaching.
: 100 Graduates Celebrate 100 Years of Convocation

Not even early morning showers could deter 100 graduates from The University of Western Australia from celebrating 100 years since the inaugural Convocation of UWA Graduates meeting, on the steps of the very building where the first meeting took place on 4 March 1913.
